I would like to have an answer to this question to?
Or i there a Symantec (Altiris) product that has a connector for Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2007 R2 with the same functions as Dell Management Console? I my case that wold be a solution.

I want to monitor Dell PowerEdge R710 running VMware ESX and other SNMP based devices with Dell Management Console or other Symantec products and forward events form it to Operatins Manager 2007 R2 with the connector.

The connectors do not interface with the DMC *yet*.  We (Dell) are working with Symantec to get this added so you an interface your environment.  I know this is a high priority and we are working hard to get it connected.
However, the Dell Management Packs still provide integration into your MSSC environment.
