Hi Everyone,
I'm having a really tough time getting our new Dell Optiplex 960 machines to image properly. I am using the Linux preboot environment and I can pull down an image perfectly fine, however the RAID never works.
I have tried every combination of BIOS raid settings, but once the machine finishes imaging, it just sits on a black screen. Interestingly, as soon as I switch the BIOS to Legacy mode, the machine will boot fine.
I have updated all of the KO files from Altiris, regenerated the boot disks and nothing sems to sort the problem out. Does anyone have some specifics as to what I can try, or perhaps a solution?
Any help would be appreciated.
