Why wifi driver is not supported in the back up exec 2012 particularly ateros wifi drivers? can u resolve my probelm??

I have probelm to use wifi in dell vostro 1015 laptop. that symnatec antivirus is not supported to ateros wifi driver. why? i dont know.
What SEP feature do you have install Currently Like (NTP,PTP and AV) ?
What problem are you facing..Can sep disabled Wifi drivers ?
Try to disabled NTP feature.
Symantec end point protection small business edition antivirus. current version 12.1.2100.2093.

Did you try to Disabled SEP client ? What happend when you enabled SEP client?
Does Internet connectivity goes down after enabled Wifi networks ?
