We turned our SNAC on this morning.  About 75% of our On-Demand HI checks are failing due to the A/V Check.  and the majority are false positives.

1. 75% or more of our on-demand requests came from customers with MS Forefront Endpoint Protection.  Any idea why this is not considered "any A/V"

2. Our MAC clients seem to all fail.    The majority of those have Sophos A/V 8, but some have Clam A/V.   Regardless none have passed.

Any ideas?  we need resolution ASAP.
