  • 1.  On Demand not recognizing "Any Antivirus Product" Forefront, Clam, Sophos

    We turned our SNAC on this morning.  About 75% of our On-Demand HI checks are failing due to the A/V Check.  and the majority are false positives.

     

    1. 75% or more of our on-demand requests came from customers with MS Forefront Endpoint Protection.  Any idea why this is not considered "any A/V"

    2. Our MAC clients seem to all fail.    The majority of those have Sophos A/V 8, but some have Clam A/V.   Regardless none have passed.

     

    Any ideas?  we need resolution ASAP.

    so I understand now that on MAC the only supported AV are "Norton" and "SEP" ..

     

    However, still curious on the issue with ForeFront not being recognized.

    sounds like Forefront is not actually supported... even though it is listed in the list of supported AV... there is some italic print that really means it is NOT supported.  sneaky.
