Deploy Error at client Error 1920 (SepMasterService) failed to start

This issue has been solved. See solution.

When I tried to deploy SEP 12 at client, I got this error

Error 1920 (SepMasterService) failed to start

And in SEP Manager I had this

Please give some solutions for this case.

It probably means that the client installation failed. Right click on the client symbol, click "Edit Properties", and see if there is a error message ("Deployment status" etc.).

It essentially means the deployment failed. Can you post SEP_INST.log? It is located in %temp% directory.

Hello,

The down arrow indicates a client deployment, the red X indicates an error.

If you double click the client, you should be able to see the "Deployment Message" towards the bottom of the properties pane, that should tell you the issue.
