Deploy fails autochk not found

Hi

I made an image of win XP SP3, clean install with no extra software but the latest security updates. NO .NET installed.
When i run a deploy task it goes well but the computer reboots endlessly with the error message: autochk program not found skipping autocheck

Any hints?

Could that be the issue

Could that be the issue that i use a usb stick to upload files on my base image to prepare it for creation?

Correct sysprep.exe?

Are you using the sysprep.exe extracted from the deploy.cab from SP3?

Also, check out this article, if you are experiencing this problem on computers with AMD chips:
