    is this possible to deploy virus definition using Client Remote Tool? if yes how?

    it's not possible.

    you can try to download SEP virus defination and rename setup.exe and try to deploy through  Client Remote Tool

    Nope. You cannot do that.

    This tool can only deploy packages which contain the definitions. Definitions alone can only sent thru a SEPM, GUP, LUA, or standalone Intelligent Updater.
