Ghost Solution Suite

Hi.. I am New to Symantec Ghost, i have done a bit of testing on image restoring on a client PC. But i am having trouble figuring out, how to Deploy an Image to a Partition on Client PC like C: Drive only. So that the Files on D or other Drives remain's unchange.

You need to choose the Partition option while restoring images rather than using the Disk option.

I have attached screenshots on how to use the partition restore option using the Ghostcast server as well as the Ghost console.

Thank You, But the 2nd Screen shot is, while creating Image, Not restoring the image.. So does this mean to restore to a Specific Partition like C:, i have to configure that, while taking the image..??

Well there is a restore partition option in the Clone tab as well.

You need to check the partition restore option and choose your destination partition.
