We have a few site servers on sites that are on a different domain from the parent NS (no trust relationship). We have no problems using patch management, software delivery from these sites but we are unable to deploy an image.
When attemping to deploy an image, the NBS services work without issues, the pc can select the image job but after the winpe boot environment completes and the job starts it looks to open the .gho image file from the images folder on the site server but fails with an access is denied error. I think this is down to the gho. image file being on a site server that resides on another domain that has no domain trust relationship and the job fails. Due to the nature of the environment we work in trust relationship between the domains is not possible. Can anyone give any suggestions as to what may be the issue and how to resolve.
