    How can I make a job to install a .msi with "Compatability Mode" checked, and then set Compatability Mode on for the .exe it creates after install?

    Compability modes can be set through the registry under
    HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\Layers
    (or HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\Layers)
     
    Which compability are you trying to set?
