Hi, I'm trying to deploy the SEE Management Agent x64 via the Symantec Endpoint Encryption Manager MMC. I select "Symantec Endpoint Encryption Software Setup" => "Management Agent". I put my password requirements on the first screen and select "Next >". On the next screen, I input the server info (HTTPS, by the way), username, domain, and password. I click "Finish" and I get "Invalid Server Location. The request failed with HTTP Status 404: Not Found."
Now, I take the server address (that is inputted automatically for me...I only needed to change the FQDN so it matches the CN in the certificate used for the HTTPS connection): "https://myserver.domain.local:8129/GECommunicationWS.asmx" and I input it into the web browser on the server (either IE or Chrome) and I get:
HTTP Error 404.2 - Not Found
The page you are requesting cannot be served because of the ISAPI and CGI Restriction list settings on the Web server.
(The extra error code is 0x800704ec, which pretty much means what the plaintext error told me).
I suspect that I need to add an exception in the "ISAPI and CGI Restrictions" feature...which I did. Both *.dlls that are located in the physical directory on the SEEMS server. Still no good. Not sure what else I could be missing. I downloaded the installation manual and it just tells me to search for it, which leads to some *other* instructions; but nothing that really helps me figure this one out.
PS: I *am* able to install the Management Agent *manually* on the target machines. I'd rather avoid doing that if at all possible.

PS2: The server is 2008 SP2 x86. It does have ASP.NET 3.5 and 4.5 on it.
