We have looked at the Scriptlogic Desktop Authority solution for deploying printers to XP and Windows 7 clients but the pricing for 1000+ devices is just to high. We already own Altiris CMS/SMS and wanted to see how others are doing it. For Citrix this is a no brainer for us as we use the Citrix Printer policies that just add/remove printers to the clients that they have rights to (based on AD groups). Is there someway we can do something with Altiris for adding/removing printers from clients that is pretty seamless? If so, how? Looking for ideas right now then a POC. Thanks!
