Deployment Console 6.9 - A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond

I've recently been trying to get Windows 2008 R2 to work on Deployment Console 6.9 SP4 with mixed results.  So far I've been successful in getting our Win2k8 R2 build to work on VMs, but when I tried to apply the build to a DL 360 G6 it fails whenever the job tries to execute a file or a script with the following message:

"A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond"

I've tried researching this error, but have had no luck.  I'm hoping that someone would be able to point me in the right direction on how to resolve this.  Just for clarity, here's more detail.

    1. The job has no issues installing windows 2008 R2.

    2. It fails on the first post-os job in our build.  The job is to simply execute some driver updates, but fails with the error above.

    3. I tried moving on to the next job which simply executes several scripts.  Same error.

    4. I ensured that the firewalls were all turned off.  Also, we've had no issues with our Windows 2008 SP2 builds whatsoever.  Just R2 has been a problem.

If I've left out any important info, please let me know.  And thanks.
