Deployment Express Server

My Deployment Express Server service will not start. I get an Error 1053: "The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion." I'm trying to start the service on the "local computer." All other services are started without any issues.

I think if you end the axengine process it will let you restart the service if it is stuck.

The axengine process is not running. I suspect that this is the problem. I need further help.
