Deployment Server tab, permissions issue?

Lately I've noticed that all users clicking on the Deployment tab in NS have been getting their NT accounts locked out. Essentially they will click on the Deployment tab and when they click on either the Deployment Servers for Computers or Jobs they receive this message:

Unable to complete operation. Permission Denied: Deployment Server Role-Based Security is enabled. Authentication is required.

This is happening to all users including myself and another guy and we both have Administrator rights in DS.

The version we are on is DS 6.9 SP1 Build 365.

Anyone have any ideas? Below is a screen shot:

Remove the DS

I would try r
1 Removing the DS server from NS console.
2 logout
3 close IE
4 login
5 add the DS server back to console and verify the correct User name and Password used
