@Mithun: I've tried, but error stays.
I tried again a new installation, removed the backed up files from Symantec in the remove wizard.
Starting up with a new installation. I will not restore the database(s) because of all the errors I get after restoring. I can use the deployment wizard again! but must get back my 170 clients. Noticed that a new search on the network will reinstall the client and it only needs to restart that client. Checked the new version, indeed 12.1.3 on the client.
Have some work in reinstalling all the clients before I get back in control
