    Hello,

    I am wondering if there is any way to install "Migration and Deployment Wizard" on a machine other than SEPMs.

    Yes , you can run the vpremote.exe and it will launch the the wizard "Migration and Deployment Wizard.

    You can get the file from  C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\tomcat\bin

    OR

    From  Tools/PushDeploymentWizard/VPREMOTE.exe from the DVD or CD2

    yes you can, check CD2 for the tool
