Deployment Woes

I have several Dell 755 systems purchased about 300 and 8 of them do not load in the DS at all I can load the client and it turns blue but I can not image the machines. I moved the harddrive to a working system and was able to image it. I have reset the bios but still it does not show up. When trying to image I get an error stating the mac address is already in the system. Searches for the Mac do not reveal a system. after trying to force the image the error "Cannot insert the value Null into Column "computer_id;table "express.dbo.computer; column does not allow nulls INSERT fails
The statement has been terminated.

Please help!
It sounds like the NIC is to blame.

I may be wrong, but it sounds like you have some NICs with matching MAC addresses to other machines.
Attempt to use a different indexing key to identify the system. UUID or other option instead for MAC to identify the system. Hope that works for you.
