juno offers this product as well,as part of it's security. that's good but a bad thing when you're trying to use a Regisrtry cleaner to erase errors on your computer. you have to download a virus removal tool in order to remove norton from your computer.  I purchaded a Registry cleaner three week ago hopeing that this cleaner would clean/clear some errors on my computer. But this registry would not work because Registry cleaners wont work if you have some kind of security protection on your computer. and norton is such that. when trying to take this Norton off my computer i found that it was very hard to to. it's still somewhere hiding in my files. to say the less,my Registry cleaner will not work. I paid $69.95 for this cleaner, and it does nothing to clean my computer. Why is that?. It is because programs like norton Internet security, and programs alike will not let it run. however,Registry cleaner products do tell you to disable all Security running programs before you start to run Registry cleaners. But try to remove security programs from your computer is no simple task. I've found that out. I even tryed to run this program in safe mode, but still cannot even connect to the internet in safe mode. I've tryed to search for security protection programs running on my computer, and deleted thease programs but still nothing happens. My registry cleaner stops at 37;9 percentwhile trying to install  new files. Then it stop conneting to server. Then shuts down. I''ve told my Registry Cleaner provider about this problem, and norton, and Juno. all have told me nothing that works to correct this problem. If you or anyone else have a better idea then i'm open for suggestions.

    @ jazman,

Norton has a removal tool designed to completely remove all traces of Norton products. Visit Norton Support to download the correct tool for your specific product.

BTW, This is the wrong forum for Norton issues. You should visit the Norton Community in the future.
