I have installed SEP12 on several desktops. (30 day Trial)

I now have a laptop 64bit with windows 7 on it. 

Will it be the same 64bit setup file I use for the desktops?

Yes, it should be the same setup file for all machines, servers included.

The difference will be what type of components are installed. Whether it be Antivirus/Antispyware, Network Threat Protection, Proactive Threat Protection, etc...

Typically, desktops/laptops will have all three components installed while servers will only have AV and IPS, which is part of Network Threat Protection.

Yes, if you are installing Unmanaged Clients you can run the same Setup file which will ask you to install the client and will detected the Operating System and install the SEP Client for 32 Bit or 64 Bit.
