Good morning,

i have a problem with Symantec Backup Exec 10.0 revision 5520 -Service Pack 3-Hotfix 13 and Desktop and Laptop option.

The server have Windows 2003 Standard Edition Sp1.

In desktop and Laptop console i have 12 user.

For all the setting is this:

backup document folder from moday to friday al 12:30 am;

desktop user folder is disable

network user folder is enabled and limited to 10240 MB.

number of revision on network folder is set to one.

The problem is this, DLO report 0 mb network statistic in Console history view after many backups for 4 user (but really the network folder is not empty, there are some mb); for 3 user the network statistic is correct and for other user network statistic is not correctly (in consolle for user A there are 80 mb in network folder but realy the network folder for this user is 1,6 GB)

I have search for this problem and i have find this solution

This solution is only for this version of backup exec: 10.0 revision 5484.

Can i apply this hotfix o there is another solution?
