    BUEN DÍA,

ALGUEN SABE SI EL DLP (ENDPOINT PREVENT) PUEDE DETECTAR SI SE SUBE INFORMACION CONFIDENCIAL A LA NUBE, EN ESTE CASO DROP-BOX O BITCASA. SI LA INFORMACIÓN ES ENCRIPTADA, EL DLP PUEDE GENERAR EL INCIDENTE O PORQUE LA INFORMACION ES ENCRIPTADA, EL DLP NO ES CAPAZ DE GENERAR EL INCIDENTE.

    GRACIAS.

    Hi Raul

One of the advantages is, that the endpoint scans the data before a transport encryption is applied. In case of the Dropbox, it will scan the data before upload. If the data is encrypted on the endpoint using an at rest encryption, Endpoint will not detect. If an IRM (information rights management) solution is used that is transparent to the user, the endpoint might see it.

Alternatively you can use the endpoint application monitoring feature to prevent the upload application from even using is.

    Rgds

PS: Hope google translated your issue correctly ;-)

Different versions of Internet Explorer seem to have different problems displaying the DLP interface correctly. I was advised to use Firefox instead of IE.

One of the issues we had with a prior version was if you accidentally hit the Back button in the browser instead of the DLP interface's back arrow in the upper right hand corner, I could not see the DLP interface and had to cycle the Enforce server to release my DLP login so I could get back in.

Now that I use Firefox, if I forget and hit the Back button in Firefox, I can just hit the Forward button and see the DLP interface again, and my ID is not locked out of DLP.
