  • 1.  Device does not appear on the console

    I set an environment with Mobile managment sp3, I got a smartphone with Windows Mobile 6.1 installed the agent via the wireless device but will not appear on the console. Have someone who can give me a hand?

    Not sure if this applies to you, but take a look at the "Known Issues" in the Release Notes.

     

    Testing Environment

    The mobile solution is tested on Symantec Management Platform 7.0 SP2. The solution is known to produce issues on versions 7.0 SP3 and 7.0 SP4. At this time we highly recommend that you use version 7.0 SP2 for the Symantec Mobile Security Solution.

    Please, send more info, does the agent starts in your device? or do you get a red "X" button?

    You can force the refresh of the inventory if necessary, let me know more info on it.

    When installed on a windows mobile 5 or 6 shows me an "x" in red and did not appear in the notification server, install the Pocket PC and various version of windows mobile and does not install, what else I can do?
    test with a black berry and if it worked
