the device pool is empty in Symantect Backup Exec 12.5 on windows 2003

Hello everyone,
Recently I reinstalled Symantect Backup Exec 12.5 on windows 2003 but I can't see my device. It says the device pool is empty. Reinstallation of software didn't solve the problem. What should I do for now?
Please advice.

You must first add some devices to BE 12.5. Go to the Devices tab to add either tape or disk devices.

By the way, this should be an easy one but for me I didn't find a menu to add my tape to BE 12.5. Could you tell me how do I do that, please?

To add your tape drive/library, go to Tools --> Wizards ---> Device Configuration Wizard
