    I just installed the GSS 2 client on a Gateway Notebook.  When it starts it presents a dialog with a URL (broken) to a specific forum: http://forums.symantec.com/discussions/forum.jspa?forumID=109

    It said that the crash dump is in the clipboard and to paste it at the above URL.  Since that URL doesn't work, I figured I'd post it here:

    I saw something similar to this answered a day or so ago in thread:
     
     
    The basic answer was make sure you download and update to 2.0.1 GSS that is available via live update.
