1. Run the “Sep_SupportTool.exe”
2. Click “I accept the EULA” button.
3. You have the option to run a Pre-installation check for SEP 11 Enterprise or SEP 12 SBE.
Click “Next”
4. Select “Full data for support”
5. Enter Company/Case/Contact information. Select location to save file.
6. Zip file and upload the file to Symantec support
