Use 'scan' command on the robot control host:
/usr/openv/volmgr/bin/scan -changer
Please have another look at your second question:
Robot model type and robot model type are exactly the same.....

Nikhil, Sameer is 100% correct the second link in his post contains the 'scan -changer' command.
So, I will move solution to his post.
For difference between robot type and robot model type, go to the vendor's web site for detailed description and data sheets.
Difference is mostly conntection type - Fibre, SCSI, SAS.
