I currently have BE 12, rev 1364 on a windows 2003 server.

We currently backup the servers that has Enterprise Vault and another data server to the backup-to-folder folders.  When we have the verify turned on (AOFO is turned off), the job will fail on several files during verify with the error of:

Difference encountered in file data.  The file ##### is different.

Some files are different each day, others are the same like the system state, a .ldf file. 

When I do a test backup with verify on these subfolders, the job completes just fine.  The difference is that the test backup i do it to tape, not the folder.

I read the other postings about this error, but they talk about backing up to tape drive and having AOFO turned on.  my situation deals with neither.

Any help?
