Hi i have a small list of question, that i hope you lads can answer.

1. After upgrade from 12.0 -> 12.5 the the robotic library tape hatch is "auto locked", aka. now i need to "unlock" it from within BE to open the dooor. How come?

2. When i do a duplicate from a backup i often get "This backup may not contain any data", how come i get that message? I check the size of the duplicted files, and all is ok, but still i get that warning.

3. After upgrade from 12.0 -> 12.5, a restart of the server makes tho robot do a complete "initialize". This take about 1/2 hour and is kinda frustrating. is that neccesary?

4. When i do a backup of a sharepoint server, and using a specific account (with ALL right). I still get a error that it cant read "/" (root level).
Ive checked inside the database and all folder right, still i cant back it up? Any ideas?
