  • 1.  Directory Bloat

    I have many gigabytes of files residing in folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\data\outbox\ImportPackage that are hogging space on my server. The files date back to February and March, and appear to be downloaded every few days.  I <think> they are LiveUpdate data files which <should> be automatically deleted, but they are not.  Can I safely delete them manually?

    I'd recommend upgrading to SEP12.1RU3, looks like a known issue:
