disable "delete operations" synch with Continuous Protection Server

Hi @all
We are using Backup Exec Continuous Protection Server 2010 R3 on a Wondows 2008 R2 to synchronize a fileserver with the CPS- Server. Is there a possibility to disable that the data on the CPS server will not be deleted, when a file is deleted on the coresponding fileserver? This would be a real "Continuous Protection" if a file is saved and than deleted, before the snapshot can be taken every hour.
Or as Workaround... Is there a possibility to make a snapshot more often tha just once an hour?
Thanks for your competent help.

Every hour is the lowest setting for CPS. Unfortuantely, you can only protect users from themselves to a certain extent. Backup Exec's DLO product does have the functionality to leave deleted items on the server for x days. However, that would mean your users would be keeping more data on their PCs than on the file server where it should be.
