That's fine, but there are times when it may be necessary in troubleshooting for the user to open the interface - either to run LU, or give the tech info over the phone.
So really, there is no good option as you must lock down the entire product in order to prevent one single thing.
That's throwing the baby out with the bathwater........... IMO.
There's no way I'd ever disable the interface here. We need folks to be able to open it and tell us what they see over the phone.
Instead, we'll block the action the button takes, IMO.
