I'm trying to create a terminations workflow for my company and we need to diable/remove mailbox from a users account before we delete the AD user, the only component i've located that comes close is 'update Mailbox' but this doesn't seem to have the option, does anyone know if there is a component or way to disable/remove a exchange mailbox via workflow?
I'm talking off the top of my head ( not where i can look things up ) but worst case you could write a powershell script ( which can do this ) and call it from your Workflow. ( or vb, C#, etc )
Or write your own custom library.
You may try contacting Incendio Technology. They created a number of exchange components for us for our employee provisioning and separation process...
