disable imported pst folder feature

Hi,

After migration to EV , on the client outlook folder structure we get imported Folder.

Users happen to delete this folder.

how can we disable deletion of this folder??

You can lock a folder from being deleted by using EVPM.

For example, if you want to lock folder Old PSTs for all users:

[Directory]

DirectoryComputerName = Vault

SiteName = Vault Site Name

[Mailbox]

DistinguishedName = all

[Folder]

Name = \Old PSTs

OverrideArchiveLocks = True

NonDeletable = True

Another option to consider is that when you ingest the PST file, don't create the items/shortcuts in the mailbox.
