  • 1.  Disable SEP during disk defrag?

    Quick question, would SEP slow down a disc defragmentation? Would it make sense to disable it while a defrag is running?

    But would a defragmentation run any slower if SEP was running?

    I have not tested that; however MS recommends to disable AV during defrag
