Disappearing Symantec Endpoint Protection 11.0

I have already installed Symantec Endpoint Protection 11.0 (5 Users Business Pack), but after one day it is disappearing the icon and not working, if I try to make individual scan for folders of USB memory it showing a message : “Symantec Endpoint Protection cannot perform a right-click scan. Make sure the Symantec Endpoint Protection is started”.
For your knowledge the problem mentioned showing in the second users, in the first computer it is working properly.
Please help me to solve this problem

Must be infected with Virus

Seems like your system is infected with Virus
disconnect your shared drives
disable system restore
run this online scan from symantec

AV is currupted please use

AV is currupted please use windows msi cleaner............

OR use clenwipe and re install the SEP.......

Things are EASY with File Sharing....... It makes easy for Viruses also...!!

Take one system

Take one system and run a repair on the client to check if it works.

Try This...

 - Restart the computer in safe mode with networking and download the NSS tool and run it on the computer. Make sure the computer is connected to internet.

You can download the tool from ftp://ftp.symantec.com/misc/tools/nss/NortonSecurityScan.exe
