    To restore teh database after fresh install of SEPM, Stop the SEPM services and then go to Start> All Programs>Symantec>symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Tools> and then to Database back up and restore.

    Select the option and click on restore, browse to the location where you have the database saved and it would start restoring.

    Once this completes, you would have to run the Server Configuration Wizard and that it.!
