Messaging Gateway

Hi,

We have Symantec Messaging gateway handling all our mail. We have set up annotations to attach to each message as they leave the company. Now this works fine when sending emails through outlook, but when we come to send emails from blackberries it doesn't attach the disclaimer?

Do you think this is something I could check on the control centre or would this be a BES issue?

Just to add, I've tried changing the policy groups around and that's made no difference...

Only thing that has changed is we recently upgraded our scanners to 10.0.1-2 ?

I have found the blackberry is only picking up the plain text of the annotation and not the HTML ? I've tried a different encoding (Unicode), but still no joy.

can you share with us the policy you configured?
