This is something to do with Windows, you have to be on the SMP Server through RDP or physically to perform this task.
Well this is what you can try
Create a vb script which will disconnect all the active session and add it to the task scheduler which will execute at a specific time.
*But you should disable the task while you are using the SMP remotely, else you will be disconnected
