I have seen in one information chain like if the scan is very slow, we can turn off collection of ACL and Owner information, it will improve the scan rate. In this case, how we will remediate to the user?  In this case scanning is a waste of time. Are we using data insight for these type? If the user is unknown, how we will remediate?
