Recently i mounted on the trial version some files on a basic test software.Few days later , more than satisfied on how symantec integrated PGP in their product line i decided to created a back-up disk with the latest work projects and saved the file on the same partition with the new Windows 10 system freshlly installed.I got a strange disk diagnostic message followed by a system error which put me outside of admin rights and seems to me that every attempt to regain controll of my account is a new google search adventure.

Switched back to Win 7 and browsed in to the PGP folder were i discovered that the disk was size 0 and ofcourse some other files were missing.Recovered the PGP file finally from recycle bin but even if the size is identical with the last mounted session , the disk doesn't contain all the files. After a basic search i got ahold of a few temp files pgp related but i don't have a clue how would i be able to regain the last session disk.
