  • 1.  Disk Miss After runing disk encryption

    I divide the disk into two volumes during the disk encryption, but after the disk encryption, I found the new added disk volume is missing. How can I get back the disk volume and whether the data in the missing disk volume will be lost?

    Hi Wilson,

    In general during the disk encryption process, it is not recommended to divide the disk into two volumes. Now you must try to decrypt your entire disk. Please try with pgpwde commandline tool to decrypt the disk. You will find the instructions in the KB below:
