nbdevquery -listdp -stype server_type [-dp disk_pool_name] [-M
master_server] [-l | -U | -D]
nbdevquery -liststs [-stype server_type] [-storage_server
storage_server] [-l | -U | -D]
nbdevquery -listdv -stype server_type [-dp disk_pool_name [-dv
disk_volume_name]] [-M master_server] [-l | -U | -D]
nbdevquery -listmediaid id... [-l | -U]
nbdevquery -listglobals
On UNIX and Linux systems, the directory path to this command is
/usr/openv/netbackup/bin/admincmd/
On Windows systems, the directory path to this command is
<install_path>\NetBackup\bin\admincmd\

No pool will not be marked as down. Jobs will not be able to use that particular disk.

Extract from NBU shared storage guide: NetBackup jobs still read from and write to a disk pool that has a downed volume, but the downed volume is unavailable.

Then if that 1 disk volume is down, the disk pool will be unusable until you bring the volume up.
