    Hello,

    No, screenshot attached.

Is the Disk in Compressed mode?

Could you please work on the steps provided in the Article:

Unable to upgrade Symantec Endpoint Protection manager to version 12.1. Upgrade fails error message: "This destination disk has less than 23.39 GB of free space, which is lower than minimum system requirement . Installation cannot be proceed."

since the screen shot says it requires 34.01 GB free, can you free up another 4.1 GB space ( since you said 30 GB free space is there)?

This error is caused because there is insufficient drive space to complete the upgrade. The upgrade requires approximately three times the current database size to complete.

    Hello,

Run the SEP support tool, and select the Pre-Install Check. Please report back all errors generated.

    Hi,

Pete is correct, your database must be more than 10 GB.

Check this note :  The SEP 12.1 SEPM upgrade installer requires three times the current database size (sem5.db) if upgrading from pre-12.1 SEPM with the embedded database only.

    Reference :  http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH162730

    It's a genuine warning.

It would be great if you could make some free space for an upgrade.

Check this article to know the upgrade process
