Disk Staging

This issue has been solved. See solution.
Ok I have 2 drives I want to stage to, but I want to control what drive each policy stages to. Resaon being is Lotus is close to 1TB buy it self.
Drive E 1.5TB "currently setup for my Lotus notes servers"
and
Drive F 1.5TB "currently setup for staging"
F is setup for staging, and I have E setup for our Lotus notes backs.
Is there a way to have both drives setup for staging, and tell the policys what drives to stage to before they are put to tape.
I have tried the Override but it seems to only go to the staging area.
I tried Multiple copies but that seems to run a backup to disk and tape at the same time.
Any help would be great.
Also when destaging will it use all 4 drives that are open? or only 2?
Thanks for the help..

AdvancedDisk Pools
I think it can be done using Netbackup AdvancedDisk pools and Storage Lifecycle Policies. AdvancedDisk require a additional license. With diskpool you can add multiple drive into one logical storage unit. Storage Lifecycle Policy's also offer hierarchical duplication configuration, so nearly everything is possible. However is require a effort to understand and configure it.

Assumption is the mother of all mess ups.
