It seems this problem needs to be fixed by OS level.

Possible causes/problems are below :

- FC cards on the disk

- Connection between FC cards and FC switch

- File systems on the media server

Hope it helps.

Cheers

Please tell us more about your environment? Master Media version?

What kind of disk? Is it connected to media server? Which Media server? Tell us how your environment is connected and what is connected

I have seen recently the same issue on one of my appliance when One of my media server went offline. You have to check if media server is showing active Under devices click on Media server.

Post output of

nbdevquery -listdv -stype PureDisk -dp <disk Pool name> -dv <disk volume name> -U

Seems all of your disk volumes have been Down'ed.

Any chance you have demo or NFR license key that has expired?

If not - have you verified at OS-level that mount points are available and accessible?

Looks like everything is down - master and media, disk and tape - either you have a full communications failure somewhere or, as Marianne says, your licenses have run out and all media operations have been suspended
