    ADD or EDIT Package:

    When importing a package or using existing UNC package, and display location, from the Import or Add Package Java tool, it shows like below:

    Using an XP client, Java 1.6.0.26, IE 8, also activating "compatible" mode...

    It works using win7/win 2008:  IE 8, Java 1.6.0.26.

    Are we alone this problem ?

    Hello,

     

    Which version of Symantec Management  Platform do you have installed?

    If it lower than 7.1 SP1, there is some problem with latest Java, because of bug in latest versions of  java.

    Starting from 7.1 SP1 this problem is resolved.

    I can offer you to install java 1.6.0.18 on your Windows XP, and this should resolve your problem.

    thanks, we are SP1.

    We see another XP is working correctly, so it is a specific problem about Java this installation. Perhaps we should remove & reinstall Java.
