Display name instead of email address

In ServiceDesk 7.5 is there any way to change the references to users to be Display Name instead of email address? e.g. on forms once you have picked a user and more importantly on email templates it looks a bit daft addressing a user as their email address... any thoughts?

Thanks, that worked for the display names within the incident forms etc. but there doesn't seem to be a way to make that filter down to the email templates?

Display Name tokens have not been added to email templates yet.  We have not had alot of other requests for this in the email templates yet.  We will add this to a list of future development.
