    Hello,

    Within the SQL tables (Task, ReportProcess, etc), is there a column that can help distinguish the primary task from subtasks within an incident?

    We are looking for data centered around the Primary Task and want to ignore all data concerned with the subtasks for incidents.  When looking at the Task table, there does not appear to be a way to identify what is a Primary Task and what is a subtask?

    Unfortunately we don't have anything in the database that can be used to specifically determine if a task is for a sub task or the main task.
