Cannot upgrade LUA version, we have many LUA servers at the moment. Same setting and configuration on other LUA server, we did not encounter this problem on other LUA server.
Any log can provide for your investigation?
was there any recent change in the environment? if it was working fine, then first thing would be to try a reboot :) it might work ...
No ,this is a new setup distribution job. I meant, we have many other LUA server, created same distribution job to a share UNC path weekly. It is working normally on other LUA server with same LUA version. Problem only happen on 1 LUA server. Any log can provide to Symantec support for reference?

On your first screenshot the log shows that several of the files are missing in the content repository = distribution schedule is trying to distribute something that is not there. Can you check in the download schedule if same products updates are being downloaded as with the list from distribute schedule?

The selection in download and distribution are same with distribution job. We have more than 1 distribution job with same selection. Other distribution job can complete without problem.
For the log issue, cannot generated by clicking troubleshoot ->Begin button
Does not look good if the LUA cannot generate the logs - have you tried repair from control panel?
What version of LUA are you running??
Try running a Repair of LUA from the Add/ Remove Programs and then restarting the machine.
